The details for Grain Mate have to match the details that are in the LDC Grains Australia System. You are able to locate these details on documents you receive from LDC, otherwise you can contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

Try highlighting and copying the link from you registration/ resetting password email and pasting it in to the web browsers address cell, if the link still does not work contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

Your password must be 8 characters long and contain letters, numbers and at least on special character (example Harvest1!), if the password still does not work contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

Double check your Payee number with payment paperwork you have received from LDC Grains Australia. Ensure this payee number is already registered for Grain Mate, otherwise you can contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432

Check that you are entering the correct password, and using the correct upper case and lower case letters. If your password is still not working, click on the "Forgotten your password?" link located below the Login button to reset your password.

In the bottom left hand corner of all Grain Mate pages there is a Log Out button, click on this.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for Payment Advices. Click on this and it will load up your Payment Advices and RCTI’s.

You will be able to view the supporting documents of a payment within 24 hours of the payment going into your bank account, if you are unable to view your supporting documents please call Grower Services on 1300 880 432.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, navigate to the Contract Prices page. You can select the ‘SELL’ options from there to launch the simple online contacting form. You have 5 minutes from when you click the sell button to complete the contract. To title transfer grain to a cash price or other buyer please navigate to the Cash Prices or Stock Transfer pages.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, click on this and this will load your Account Details. At the bottom right you will need to click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, you will then be able to click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ from there.

You should always ensure your contact and bank details are up to date with the National Grower Register (NGR). Only certain details are able to be updated by LDC Grains Australia. Contact Grower Services on 1300 880 432 for assistance.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, half away down the page you will be able to select the ‘Contacts’ tab.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, and you are on your Home Page you are able to click on the ‘Customise’ button located in the top right hand corner, you are then able to create a new tile or edit your current tiles.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, navigate to the ‘Contract Prices’ page. At the top of this page click on the ‘Manage Pricing Preferences’ button, and follow the prompts.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Account’, half away down the page you will be able to select the ‘Delivery Cards’ tab.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Production Estimates’. To update click the 'Manage Production Estimates’ button, and follow the prompts.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Stock Transfer’. Click on this to view your current tonnes in warehouse with a Transfer button available for each grade. You are also able to start a Title Transfer from the ‘Home’ and ‘Harvest Cash Prices’ pages.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Stock Transfer’. Click on this to view your current tonnes in warehouse with LDC. You can also view current tonnes in warehouse from the ‘Home’ or the ‘Ticket Summary’ page.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Ticket Summary’. Click on this and this will load your ticket details with filters to narrow your search. You can export all tickets from this page also.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, on the left hand side of the page there is an option for ‘Logistics’. Click on this to view your Open and Closed Orders, upload vendor declarations, view truck bookings and create or delete new truck bookings.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, your merchant details are located on the home page, Account Page and Contact Us page.

Once you have logged into Grain Mate, navigate to ‘Contract Prices’. Select the relevant season Deliverable Grade Spreads tab/s.
